Retail Manager – SpainWe are looking for a hands-on and ambitious Retail Manager to grow and strengthen our retail presence in Spain .This role is initially field-focused, working closely with stores to ensure excellent execution and brand visibility, and will evolve into a leadership role as the business scales.Key ResponsibilitiesBe present in stores to drive best-in-class retail execution and brand representation.Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams.Execute POSM and in-store activation plans to improve visibility and sell-out.Support product launches through field feedback and retail training.Collect and analyze retail insights to continuously optimize execution.Gradually build and lead a local retail team and drive long-term retail excellence.Requirements5+ years of experience in retail management, trade marketing, or channel management in Spain.Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is a strong plus.Fluent in Spanish and English .Willing to travel frequently within Spain.Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and analytical skills.
