Retail Manager – Spain
We are looking for a hands‑on and ambitious Retail Manager to grow and strengthen our retail presence in Spain.
This role is initially field‑focused, working closely with stores to ensure excellent execution and brand visibility, and will evolve into a leadership role as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities

Be present in stores to drive best‑in‑class retail execution and brand representation.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams.
Execute POSM and in‑store activation plans to improve visibility and sell‑out.
Support product launches through field feedback and retail training.
Collect and analyze retail insights to continuously optimize execution.
Gradually build and lead a local retail team and drive long‑term retail excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in retail management, trade marketing, or channel management in Spain.
Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is a strong plus.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Willing to travel frequently within Spain.
Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and analytical skills.
