We're Hiring: RTO Supervisor!

What will you do?
✅ Lead and support a team of 20-30 agents.
✅ Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
✅ Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple markets.
✅ Contribute to the implementation of new processes, automation initiatives, and AI-driven projects.
✅ Help improve operational efficiency, team engagement, and overall performance.
What are we looking for?
✔ 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory, coordination, or team support role.
✔ Experience in KPI tracking and process improvement.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English .
✔ Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience in operations or BPO environments is highly valued.
✔ Google Sheets knowledge (formulas and pivot tables).
⭐ Nice to have:
• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with or interest in AI tools and automation.
What do we offer?
€16,67 gross per hour.
Monday to Friday office hours (approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Hybrid model: 3 days onsite in Barcelona (Poblenou) and 2 days working from home.
2 additional weeks of Smart Working per year.
