WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • Several years of experience in IAM systems (SailPoint) • Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra) • Solid ITIL knowledge (change & incident management, security, compliance) • Strong scripting skills (Java, PowerShell, Python, or similar) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration • Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, GxP, ITIL) • Knowledge of API and system integrations • Advanced English communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with Scrum and tools like Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence • Plus: Test Automation Skills like Tosca WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Drive continuous improvement of automated IAM processes • Build audit-ready automation frameworks for identity lifecycle • Maintain and enhance scripts and automation frameworks (PowerShell, Python, REST API) • Support access certification and compliance campaigns through automation • Own test automation for IAM lifecycle processes • Define and implement automated test cases that deliver compliance evidence • Lead initiatives integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines • Set new standards for efficiency and quality in IAM automation • Regular travel expected, especially during onboarding (team based in Spain)
