Experteer Overview As Sales Manager, you will drive Spain market development by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts. You will design and implement strategies aligned with the company mission to expand market share. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate market inputs into actionable plans and manage budgeting and margins. - Analyze customers' historical financial data and devise growth strategies to boost sales
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and define success plans
- Prepare proposals for new business initiatives
- Participate in budgeting and manage customer accounts with cost and margin control

- Network with clients and partners to create new business opportunities
- Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders at national and international levels
- Achieve defined quantitative and qualitative objectivesResponsabilidades
- Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering
- Solid user-level knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (preferred)
- Fluent English; native Spanish preferred; Italian optional
- B2B experience and essential packaging experience
