Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln Electric is a $4.2B publicly traded company (NASDAQ:LECO) with over 12,000 employees around the world, with operations in 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 21 countries and maintains a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices serving customers in over 160 countries.Job Responsibilities- Monitor and develop a portfolio of active customers within the geographical area (Iberia + Southern France).- Develop, support, and train a network of distributors.- Lead distributor sales teams through meetings, training sessions, product presentations, and commercial tours.- Negotiate technical and commercial conditions for customer projects, ensuring profitability for LEI Iberia.- Supervise service activities in coordination with the After‑Sales Manager.- Prepare weekly activity and results reports using SalesforceJob Requirements- Two‑year technical degree (engineering competencies in electronics or mechanics considered an asset).- 5+ years of successful experience as a technical salesperson for B2B industrial clients and distributors; experience in project management.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Native Spanish- French and English workplace communication-level.Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
