We are seeking a team‑oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our commercial team in Madrid. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and delivering a high‑quality service experience to our clients. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, solid understanding of investment products, and a client‑centric mindset.
Position & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day support to the sales team across all client segments.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and customized client documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of required information for clients.
Support the preparation and follow‑up of client meetings, including agenda building, briefing notes, and post‑meeting actions.
Support the preparation of marketing events to maximize audience and success.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, opportunities, and relevant data.
Manage requests related to product information, pricing, subscriptions/redemptions, and operational procedures.
Liaise with internal teams (operations, product, legal & compliance, marketing) to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Assist with the monitoring and coordination ofs, DDQs, and reporting requests.
Prepare regular and ad‑hoc sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights for internal stakeholders.
Track fund flows, competitor activity, and market trends to support the commercial strategy.
Contribute to crafting client‑focused messaging and internal communication materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a preference for Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a sales support, client service, or operational role within asset management or financial services will be valued.
Understanding of investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, equities, ESG strategies).
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Team‑oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and client service.
