Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Contract): We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team for a critical implementation and optimization project. This is a 6–12 month contract with a high probability of extension based on performance and project roadmap. The ideal candidate is a functional expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical solutions. While the primary language for this project is English , candidates who are fluent in Spanish will be given significant preference due to our global footprint. Role Overview: Contract Duration: 6–12 Months (Initial) + Extensions Work Location: Spain (Remote / Hybrid / On-site) Language Requirements: Fluent English (Required), Spanish (Strong Plus) Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support. Certifications: Current Associate or Professional Certification in at least one core SuccessFactors module (EC preferred). Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of XML (for Data Models), MDF objects, and Foundation Objects. Key Responsibilities: Module Lead/Support: Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of key SuccessFactors modules (e.G., Employee Central, Recruiting, PMGM, or LMS). Requirement Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications. System Configuration: Manage end-to-end configuration, including Workbook updates, Business Rules, Picklists, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Testing & QA: Lead Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for quarterly releases. Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and third-party systems or SAP Payroll. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
