Our client is a multinational consulting firm that works with major clients in various European markets.Project details below:Location: Hybrid in Madrid with ocasional trips to France and GermanyDuration: 2 monthsLanguages: English and spanish fluent. French is a plusknowledge required: 4+ years of experience with SAP GTS and experience in new implementationsProject type: long-term project, consisting of the implementation of the SAP GTS module for the control of material exportsResponsibilities/Tasks:Functional design: Analysis of current export control processes, translation of regulatory requirements (ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use) into GTS configurations, and preparation of functional documentation (Blueprint, Solution Design).System configuration: Setup of core modules: SPL Screening, Licence Management, Commodity Classification (ECCN/ML/TARIC), Embargo & Country Controls and Legal Regulation Framework.Technical integration: Configuration of the GTS plug-in in feeder systems (ECC/S4 HANA), management of RFC connections and coordination with SD, MM and logistics teams.Master data: Legal classification of materials and management of business partners with export control attributes.Testing and training: Development and execution of tests (including UAT), training for key users and preparation of SOPs. xcskxlj Go-Live and support: Cutover activities (migration of licences and classifications), post-Go-Live hypercare and final system documentation.
