The team understands internal customer requirements, proposes and implements solutions while maintaining standard processes and tools. They support the client organization to achieve outcomes like increased security, cost reductions, and higher quality of business operations. Providing timely, accurate information and effective support is critical to this function and to top management.ResponsibilitiesIdentify automated solutions for travel and expenses end-to-end.Recommend system solutions based on high-level business requirements during feasibility studies to ensure end-to-end consistency.Advise process owners on the best functional solutions, maintaining process and tool standardization and integration.Validate detailed requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.Gather and review detailed business specifications with internal partners.Analyze impacts on existing processes and tools.Define functional specifications using standard solutions where possible.Provide guidance on impact analysis and support solution development stages including testing and documentation.Lead solution delivery ensuring on-time implementation, focusing on agility throughout development stages.Provide application support and propose enhancements post-implementation.Coordinate and validate activities of technical and functional teams.Required SkillsMore than 2 years experience with S4H and Cytric or similar travel expense tools, including participation in implementations, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.Experience with Cytric or other expense management tools such as Concur or Coupa.Knowledge of corporate support functions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Fluent in English and Spanish.Experience with SAP TME, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, particularly in integration with SAP FI-AP and SAP HR.Degree in Finance & Accounting.Experience working with external teams.If interested, please send your CV in English towith reference LM / SAPHR / FI-AP.
