WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
~10+ years of experience in SAP implementations with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MDG (S/4HANA)
~ Deep understanding of master data domains: Material, Vendor, Finance & Customer
~ Proven track record in global SAP MDG implementations and data governance programs
~ Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work with senior business leaders
~ Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish and French preferred)
~ Cross-functional team leadership experience managing both functional and technical discussions
~ Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive standardization and process optimization
~ Availability for hybrid work in Barcelona (1-2 days on-site preferred, remote possible for right candidate)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead end-to-end SAP MDG delivery including design, implementation, and stabilization across key master data domains
Bridge business and technical teams by aligning business requirements with MDG capabilities
Drive data governance initiatives ensuring strong data quality and adoption across regions
Streamline master data processes to deliver measurable business impact (efficiency, accuracy, reduced rework)
Create comprehensive documentation including governance frameworks and process workflows
Collaborate with GBS, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to standardize processes
Establish data quality metrics and ensure successful rollout of MDG enhancements
Support ERP transformation programs as part of ongoing digital initiatives
