Define and driveproject roadmap, priorities, and execution strategy
Act as themain client-facing contacton delivery topics
Ensure alignment withtechnical constraints, quality standards, and SLAs
MonitorKPIs, performance, and delivery health
Supportbacklog prioritization and Agile execution
Proven experience deliveringLLM / Agentic AI / Conversational AI projects
Experience inclient-facing delivery roles
Strong command ofAgile / Scrum methodologies
Data-driven mindset
Fluent EnglishAdditional EU language (French, German…)
Experience with tools likeJira, Smartsheet
