Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. ✍️ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ✍️ We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in large corporate environments, ideally within operations or digital transformation contexts. Key requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments Background in operations, process optimization, or digital transformation projects Experience with Process Mining / Process Intelligence initiatives (e.g. Celonis) Knowledge of BPM methodologies and BPMN notation Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and operations environments Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations) Fluent English (mandatory) WHAT WILL YOU DO? Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support one or multiple squads Act as a bridge between IT, business and operations teams Support process optimization initiatives linked to Process Mining and BPM Drive continuous improvement and ensure Agile best practices Promote transparency, delivery tracking and operational excellence
