We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery teams in Barcelona and help drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-quality product delivery.Where: Barcelona (hybrid mode)Language: English; Spanish (not mandatory)Role OverviewAs a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices within cross-functional teams working on digital and data solutions. You will help teams adopt Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment where English is the main working language.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality increments in each sprint.Remove impediments and proactively resolve issues that impact team delivery.Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum framework.Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and team health.Foster collaboration between development teams, business stakeholders, and other departments.Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile best practices.Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.High level of English (C1 or above) – mandatory for working in an international environment.Experience in regulated industries is a plus.Nice to HaveScrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).Experience supporting multiple Agile teams.Knowledge of data, digital, or cloud-based environments.Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
