We design collections driven by trends, detail and aesthetics , approaching activewear with a strong fashion and design perspective . We are currently looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to join our Athleisure Department , someone with a strong fashion mindset, a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of contemporary womenswear , capable of translating global trends into fashion-forward product that balances style and comfort . The position is based in Tordera (Barcelona). Your main responsibilities: Research and interpret global fashion trends , runway references, brands and cultural insights, ensuring a strong and consistent OYSHO DNA across the collection. Design the collection with a fashion-first approach , focusing on silhouettes, proportions, details, trims, colour and materials. Bring a solid understanding of fabrics, construction and fit , applied from a fashion and product-driven perspective. Collaborate closely with the team throughout the full creative process, from concept development and mood building to final product. Develop technical drawings and design specifications to communicate clearly to suppliers, ensuring the final product reflects the original design vision. How do we imagine you: You are a fashion designer, curious, detail-oriented and highly trend-aware, comfortable working in a fast-paced and creative environment. You also bring: 5+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, designers, runways and market references , with an instinctive understanding of womenswear. A refined eye for detail, styling and product finish . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A clear creative point of view and strong aesthetic sensibility. Fluency in English .
