We are looking for a Security Expert to manage and support our enterprise encryption infrastructure based on Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM technology. This role combines BAU operations with strategic program support for encryption ecosystem. Key Responsibilities BAU Operations Management Execute daily encryption operations on Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM platforms Onboard new encryption applications following Encryption service constraints Monitor platform performance, resilience, quality, and SLA compliance Manage platform recertification processes for encryption use cases Handle remediation of issues, incidents, and problems across the encryption infrastructure Process and implement requests from application owners for new encryption use cases Integrate encryption platform with critical tools: Privileged Account Management, SIEM, Patching systems, and Virtual host consoles Program Support Activities Define, study, and deploy new encryption use cases and features (e.g., DKE, Confidential Computing) Support migration of encryption use cases between platforms (agent-based and agentless) Participate in technical planning and troubleshooting sessions Identify potential blockers, incompatibilities, or risks that may impact program objectives Propose remediation and mitigation solutions for identified risks Provide security feedback and improvement recommendations (e.g., during penetration testing campaigns) Operational Excellence Utilize standard enterprise tools: Change Management, Incident/Request Management systems, CMDB, CTM reporting Apply security-first approach to all activities, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices Maintain platform documentation and knowledge base Why join InnoIT?
