Role: Platform Security Lead About the Client & Project The client is driving large-scale Digital Growth and MarTech platform transformation, focusing on building secure, scalable, and compliant digital ecosystems. The platform integrates multiple systems such as CRM, CDP, SSO, DAM, and marketing tools, making security, data protection, and compliance critical. This role will play a key part in ensuring end-to-end platform security, governance, and risk mitigation across all digital systems. Role Overview We are looking for a Platform Security Lead to define and implement security strategies across digital platforms, ensuring compliance, risk management, and secure architecture practices. Key Responsibilities Define and implement platform security strategy and governance Ensure secure integration across MarTech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, APIs, SSO, etc.) Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities Work closely with engineering teams to enforce secure coding and architecture practices Drive compliance initiatives (GDPR, data privacy, etc.) Lead security audits, assessments, and incident response planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, compliance) Must Have Skills 5–10 years of experience in Platform Security / InfoSec Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems Experience with identity management, SSO, API security Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) Experience in risk assessment and security frameworks Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Nice to Have Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar At Andela, we know our strengths lie in our diverse community whose talents, perspectives, backgrounds, and orientations we take pride in.
