About renn At renn, we’re building an AI-driven accounting firm to make top-tier accounting and tax support accessible to every business owner. We know what it’s like for autónomos and small business owners: too many moving parts, too little time, and constant uncertainty around taxes and compliance. Our mission is to remove that stress. We automate the repetitive work so our accountants can focus on what really matters: complex cases, clear guidance, and a genuinely human experience. We’re growing fast (Techstars-backed) and looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who loves efficiency, takes ownership, and enjoys helping clients feel confident and supported. What you’ll do Own bookkeeping + accounting for autónomos and small SLs (1–5 employees) Run end-to-end processes: registrations, filings, tax compliance Provide tax advisory and ongoing client communication (with clarity and empathy) Partner with our product team to improve and automate workflows (your expertise will shape how we build) Must-haves English is required (professional level) - you’ll work daily in English to communicate and advise international clients (emails, calls, explanations) 5+ years of proven experience in: b. Accounting + tax for autónomos c. Accounting + tax for small SLs (1–5 employees) d. Client-facing tax advisory (explaining clearly, proactively solving issues, building trust) Strong end-to-end ownership: bookkeeping, closings, filings, compliance follow-up Ability to simplify complex accounting/tax logic for non-accountants (clients + product team) Comfortable with tech tools, analytical mindset, bias for action Highly valued Experience with small SL & autonomo registrations (company setup and related processes) Experience with international clients, including: a.
