You will advise HR partners and managers to ensure competitive and fair rewards. You shape processes for salary and bonus planning, job mapping, and benefits, delivering analytics to guide decisions. ResponsabilidadesDevelop C&B strategies, policies and procedures and drive their global implementationProvide counsel and support to HR teams across Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Poland)Lead compensation projects and manage C&B processes (salary and bonus planning, benefits introduction, job mapping reviews)Coordinate international mobility processesOversee executive remuneration and internal equity/external competitiveness reportingMaintain effective communications with internal clients (HRBPs, Line Managers, Directors, CHRO)Liaise with external compensation consulting firmsMonitor Center of Excellence metrics and analytics
