The position is based in Bilbao, and fluent English is required, as the role involves participation in a wide range of national and international projects.Key responsibilitiesPrepare Single line diagram with Engineer supportPrepare Hazardous Area Classification with Engineer supportPrepare Panel schedules (Power and Lighting)Prepare Interconnection and Wiring Diagrams with Engineer supportPrepare Control Schematics with Engineer supportCable tray, Cable routing, Cable trench, Lighting, Grounding, Lightning. Design, modeling, supports, sizing, calculation and layoutsPrepare Legend & symbols based on project/client specificationsPrepare Typical Installation Details (Cable-tray & Trench, Grounding, Lighting and Power Layouts)Vendor Documents Reviewing and commenting related to layout engineering requirements.Preferred knowledge in International/Clients Codes & Standards like IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, NACE, ASME, ANSI, IP, API, ASTM, ISO, Shell DEP, Saudi AramcoExperience in Model ReviewsWhat you are like:If you meet the following qualifications and experience, we’d love to meet you!The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and bring extensive experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical sectors. A strong background in FEED and detailed electrical design for power and oil & gas projects is essential. The role requires solid knowledge of hazardous area classification and proven experience with SP3D, SmartSketch, MicroStation, and AutoCAD, including modelling electrical equipment in SP3D. Additional experience in lighting, grounding, cable tray, and substation design, as well as in preparing layouts for lighting, grounding, cable trays, and hazardous areas, is highly valued.Tools & Skills*2D tools: AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION3D tools: Mainly SP3D and SmartsketchKnowledge in PDS, PDMS, & E3D is also welcome*MICROSOFT OFFICE (Excel functions and macros) is welcomeLanguagesEnglish: Intermediate – Advanced level.
