Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, test, and maintain the electronic systems powering ICEYE's payloads and avionics. You’ll contribute across the product lifecycle and collaborate with experts across disciplines to deliver hardware that flies in space. The position offers ownership over challenging, mission-critical electronics and a chance to impact satellite performance. You will work within the New Payload Team to advance space-grade electronics capabilities.

• Design board-level electronics for satellite units and RF boards with a focus on power and control using microcontrollers
• Rigorous testing and validation for functionality, reliability, and mission compliance
• Create and maintain schematics, PCB layouts, test plans, and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during design, prototyping, manufacturing, and in-orbit operations
• Collaborate with RF, mechanical, software, and other specialists for seamless integration
• Improve design practices, test coverage, and in-orbit performance monitoring
Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years hands-on electronics engineering with a strong analog design specialty
• BSc/MSc in Electronic Engineering or related field
• Proven track record designing low-noise power supplies, timing circuits, and analog signal chains at senior/expert level
• Significant space, defense, or avionics experience with flight or mission-critical hardware
• Strong EMI/EMC principles and noise mitigation practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex analog design efforts and mentor junior engineers
