Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement SolicitorSenior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor | South West LondonI’m currently recruiting for aSenior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitorto join a specialist property practice based inSouth West London.This is agenuinely specialist opportunityand would suit a solicitor with5+ PQE and strong, recent experience in leasehold enfranchisement. This is not a general residential conveyancing role.The role will involve a broad range of technically complex enfranchisement and landlord & tenant matters, including:Statutory lease extensions under the 1993 ActCollective enfranchisement & freehold acquisitionsRight of First Refusal mattersTribunal & court applicationsComplex lease and title structuresDeeds of variation, new leases & related leasehold workActing for both landlords and leaseholders would be advantageousAlongside your own technical work, you’ll take ongenuine supervisory responsibility, overseeing a team of six junior fee-earners and acting as a senior technical point of escalation.You’ll be responsible for supporting more junior members of the team, reviewing substantive work, helping navigate complex files and identifying potential risks before they require director-level involvement.PQE:5+ ideally
