This is asenior leadership rolewith full ownership of Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental standards across a complex, multi-site operation.✈️ The Opportunity You’ll be responsible forshaping and embedding a best-in-class QHSSE culture, ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations, and driving continuous improvement across all operational sites.This is ahigh-impact, strategic rolewith strong visibility across leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies.What You’ll Be Doing Leading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operations Ensuring compliance withISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standards Drivingrisk management, incident investigation & corrective actions Leadinginternal & external auditsand regulatory engagement DevelopingBusiness Continuity Plans & Emergency Response Plans Deliveringtraining, awareness, and cultural change programmes Acting as theAviation Security lead (PNS compliance) Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, airlines & authoritiesWhat We’re Looking For 10+ years’ experience inQHSSE leadershipwithin aviation / logistics / industrial environments Strong background inground handling or air cargo operations Deep knowledge ofISAGO, IGOM, ICAO & IATA frameworks Proven ability to leadmulti-site, international operations Strong experience inauditing, compliance & continuous improvement RecognisedHealth & Safety certification Fluent inSpanish & English Comfortable withregular travel across SpainWhy Apply?
