We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Security modules.The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge along with technical proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fast Formulas. This role will support end‑to‑end HCM operations, deliver enhancements, and ensure seamless system performance across HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities- Provide techno‑functional support for Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Security modules.- Configure and maintain workforce structures, job and position hierarchies, and employment flows.- Implement and troubleshoot Compensation cycles including salary, bonus, and merit plans.- Manage Benefits configurations, eligibility profiles, rates, enrollment windows, and validations.- Support Security role design, user access management, and compliance with security principles.- Conduct requirement‑gathering sessions and translate business needs into solution designs.- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and release impact assessment for quarterly updates.- Resolve functional issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions within SLAs.Technical Responsibilities- Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, templates, and data models.- Create OTBI analyses and dashboards to support HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Security reporting.- Build and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for Compensation eligibility, Benefits validation, and HR logic.- Support data uploads and transformations using HCM Data Loader (HDL).- Provide technical analysis using SQL and PL/SQL for issue resolution and data validation.- Collaborate with integration teams for inbound/outbound interface validation and testing.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Functional Skills- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Core or PeopleSoft or Workday HR structures, workflows, and employment processes.- Experience configuring Compensation cycles, salary basis, plans, components, and worksheets.- Hands‑on experience in Benefits setup including life events, plans, options, and eligibility rules.- Knowledge of security concepts including roles, privileges, data security, and custom roles.Technical Skills- Expertise in BI Publisher or SQL for report development and custom data models.- Proficiency in OTBI for analytics and dashboard creation.- Hands‑on experience with Fast Formulas across HR, Compensation, and Benefits.- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for mass uploads and data corrections.- Strong SQL/PL‑SQL skills for data troubleshooting and reporting.Nice to HaveOracle Cloud HCM certifications in Core HR, Compensation, or Benefits.Behavioral Competencies- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively across HR, IT, and business teams.- High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and customer orientation.What will you get?- Flexible schedule to adjust work hours to personal needs.- Hybrid work plan allowing work from home.- Holy Pack: purchase additional vacation days to recharge when needed.- Floating Holidays: exchange holidays for other days that better suit your plans.- Sabbatical Pack: request up to two months of extra leave (unpaid).- Global Family Leave Policy: flexible paid conditions for parenting, loss, or caregiving.- Health and wellness platform Wellwo: access for you and up to five people of your choice to wellness content, nutrition counseling, fitness classes, and more.- Wellhub agreement for a network of gyms and sports centers to keep active.- On‑site medical service for close attention to any medical needs.- Career Hub: AI‑driven professional development platform to connect with job opportunities, projects, and mentors globally.- Stock ownership program to share in company achievements.- Recognition program: give and receive points for achievements and redeem for gift cards.- Life insurance for protection.- Flexible Remuneration Plan: choose from health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers, training, and more.- Club Schneider: special discounts at stores, restaurants, travel agencies, and other services.- Participation in company‑subsidized volunteer programs.Equal OpportunitySchneider Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
