We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help design and scale the internal infrastructure platform that powers our engineering teams.
In this role, you will operate at the architecture level, defining the foundations that allow multiple teams to build, deploy, and scale services efficiently and reliably. You will focus on platform architecture, Kubernetes environments, infrastructure standardization, and developer experience.
This is a high-impact role responsible for enabling engineering teams to move faster while maintaining scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design and evolve the internal developer platform used by multiple engineering teams
Architect and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters and environments
Define platform architecture patterns for microservices and cloud-native workloads
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and reusable infrastructure components
Establish best practices for infrastructure lifecycle management
Improve and scale CI/CD frameworks and pipelines
Reduce friction in the development lifecycle
Drive improvements in developer experience (DX) and platform usability
Define and implement cloud cost optimization strategies
Improve resource utilization and infrastructure efficiency
Monitor infrastructure performance and scalability
Mentor and support cloud and infrastructure engineers
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand platform needs
Promote platform best practices across the organization
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE
Deep expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)
Strong experience with CI/CD systems and automation
Experience operating infrastructure at multi‑team scale
Strong system design and architecture skills
Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
Nice to Have (experience with)
Experience building internal developer platforms
Knowledge of GitOps workflows
Experience with multi‑cluster Kubernetes environments
Background in platform reliability or SRE practices
Experience with cost optimization in large cloud environments
