Senior Power BI DeveloperLocation: Spain (Remote) or Madrid (Hybrid)Start Date: 15/04/2026Language: EnglishProject OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade semantic models and business intelligence reporting solutions.This role focuses on delivering scalable, high-performance data models and advanced dashboards aligned with business needs, ensuring governance, security, and data accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain robust semantic data models following best practicesBuild advanced Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirementsImplement complex DAX calculations, KPIs, and performance metricsOptimize data model performance and refresh cyclesImplement Row-Level Security (RLS) and enforce security requirementsEnsure data consistency, usability, and reporting accuracyCollaborate with Data Engineers to consume curated datasetsSupport deployment processes and lifecycle managementTroubleshoot data model and reporting issuesMaintain documentation and report catalogRequired Experience4+ years of experience as a Power BI DeveloperStrong experience building enterprise-grade semantic modelsProven expertise in performance optimization and refresh managementHands-on experience implementing RLS and security frameworksExperience working with structured datasets from Data Engineering teams
