Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Senior Product Designer!What do you need to fulfill this job?Own end-to-end design for quizzes, lessons, pronunciation practice, and the learning mapDesign reusable components and patterns that work across multiple content typesContribute to and eventually own the Companion design systemCreate detailed designs in Figma and prototypes for testing and development handoffSupport experiments to test new content formats and learning interactionsWork closely with product managers, engineers, and data analystsUse research and data to inform design decisions5+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio showing systems thinkingExpert-level Figma skillsExperience building and managing design systemsMobile design experience (iOS and Android)Comfortable working with data analysts and interpreting quantitative insightsExcellent communication skills in EnglishExperience running user research and usability testingWhat is a plus?Proficiency with AI tools (Cursor or similar) in your design workflowExperience supporting quant. experiments and A/B testsBackground in education or learning productsAbout HCLTech:We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
