If you thrive on data‑driven optimization and have a passion for positioning complex B2B solutions as "must‑have" tools in the iGaming ecosystem, we want you to lead the charge in making ReferOn the industry standard.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the end‑to‑end marketing roadmap, aligning high‑level GTM initiatives with monthly lead‑generation targets.Design and manage the customer journey from brand awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless flow through the funnel.Execute sophisticated ABM campaigns using Influ2, Terminus, or similar to engage high‑value targets with personalized messaging.Build and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, niche social platforms, and email. Create high‑converting sequences and landing pages using HubSpot or Marketo.Partner with the SEO team to align organic growth with the roadmap, using Ahrefs or Semrush to identify high‑intent content themes.Implement sophisticated retargeting loops and automations to boost ReferOn’s presence in unconventional spaces, including Reddit and AI‑driven discovery platforms.Cultivate and engage with our audience across digital communities, positioning ReferOn as the go‑to solution for affiliate management.Act as a strategic partner to Sales, providing high‑quality SQLs and the necessary tools (case studies, decks) to close deals.Systematically test and refine ICP hypotheses, ad copy, and funnel stages to improve MQL → SQL conversion.Deeply analyze ReferOn’s technical features and translate them into clear, compelling value propositions for both affiliate managers and operators.RequirementsA deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and affiliate management. You are familiar with the specific challenges of affiliate managers and the technical requirements of operators.A proven track record of building and scaling B2B marketing funnels. You have experience delivering high‑quality MQLs that successfully convert into revenue.Proficiency in using modern B2B tools, including ABM platforms (such as Influ2 or Terminus), marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), and SEO/analytics suites (Ahrefs, Semrush).Ability to make decisions based on data. You are experienced in A/B testing and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates at every stage.A balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
