As we continue expanding our team, we are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer with the following profile: Responsibilities Define and implement quality strategy, standards, and best practices Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks (API, UI, performance) Lead test planning, risk assessment, and release validation Drive shift-left testing and CI/CD quality integration Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams Analyze defects, identify root causes, and improve prevention processes Mentor junior QA engineers and elevate overall team capability Establish quality metrics and reporting dashboards Contribute to performance, security, and scalability validation Requirements Define and implement quality strategy, standards, and best practices Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks (API, UI, performance) Lead test planning, risk assessment, and release validation Drive shift-left testing and CI/CD quality integration Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams Analyze defects, identify root causes, and improve prevention processes Establish quality metrics and reporting dashboards Contribute to performance, security, and xcskxlj scalability validation Passion for continuous learning. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Advanced Spanish and intermediate English Experience working in Agile environments with an open and collaborative mindset Nice to Have (experience with) Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6) Experience in cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) Knowledge of containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes) Exposure to security testing practices Mentor junior QA engineers and elevate overall team capability
