The ALSO ecosystem offers around 135 000 resellers hardware, software and IT services from more than 800 vendors in over 1 570 product categories. In the spirit of the circular economy, the company provides all services from provision to refurbishment from a single source.
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Presales Consultant who can speak Spanish and has a good understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). English is also important to engage with our providers and Centers of Excellence. This position is to work for ALSO, a leading company in the IT world.
What You'll DoChat with potential resellers to figure out what they need and how we can help.
Actively participate in recruiting new resellers.
Use technical skills to support the sales team and help close deals.
Demonstrate products with demos and presentations.
Work with the sales team to create custom proposals and solutions.
Stay up-to-date with products and services to explain them to customers.
Prepare technical documents and proposals.
Stay on top of industry trends and technology to provide the best advice to clients.
Work closely with Spanish resellers to ensure their needs are met.
What You NeedFluent in Spanish
Medium level of English
Solid knowledge of IaaS solutions
Great communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
Technical background with presales experience or similar
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service
Nice to HaveExperience > 3 years with cloud platforms like Alibaba or AWS
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
