We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode (once a month office presence can be required). In this role, you will lead Salesforce solution architecture strategy and implementation, ensuring the delivery of innovative, scalable solutions for large enterprise clients. Your impact will drive digital transformation across multiple industries including retail, media, healthcare, insurance and finance. You will play a key role in aligning business requirements with technical strategy, guiding cross-functional teams, and mentoring Salesforce professionals to achieve business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead technical architecture for Salesforce projectsFacilitate discovery sessions to analyze business needs and pain pointsEngage stakeholders to define outcomes, success criteria, and solution designTranslate business requirements into architected Salesforce solutionsPerform fit-gap analysis and create comprehensive solution design documentsEstimate level of effort for proposed solutions and articulate benefits and risksDevelop capability and platform roadmaps aligned with client strategyProvide thought leadership to improve operations using Salesforce capabilitiesBuild strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisorSupport sales efforts with technical presentations and solution sizingRequirements7+ years of CRM industry experience across full lifecycle implementations7+ years of Salesforce experience including 5+ years leading solution architecture designAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration and custom developmentExpertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Data 360 and AgentforceProven ability to design and optimize business processes across systemsStrong knowledge of integration architecture and user experience principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in writing user stories and applying design thinking conceptsRelevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)Additional industry certifications like FSL, CPQ, or B2C preferredNice to haveExperience performing technical support during sales cyclesBackground in multiple CRM platforms in addition to SalesforceExperience in Agentic AI, including different LLMsWe offerPrivate health insuranceEPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan100% paid sick leaveReferral ProgramProfessional certificationLanguage coursesEPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
