Your Tasks
Support the Platform Owner in driving technical projects within the Basket & Payment areas.
Take ownership of the core tech stack and drive central improvements, including increasing delivery speed, reducing team and application interdependencies, optimizing application performance, and decommissioning legacy application parts.
Establish an ambitious roadmap and prioritize the technical backlog aimed at providing resilient, performant applications.
Evaluate and establish new tools to enhance the daily work of the Platform Team.
Focus on improving the security of applications to safeguard our platforms.
Drive developer productivity and experience, ensuring usability and documentation.
Align platform KPI targets and monitor performance of Team and technical Systems.
Coordinate (non‑agile) change projects, tracking timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in deliverables.
Your Profile
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a (technical) product management role.
Strong technical – e.g. as Backend Engineer – and lateral leadership skills with a passion to collaborate and motivate while setting ambitious goals.
Proven experience in managing Tech Teams in a Fullstack Context, including Infrastructure. Experience in Platform Engineering is a big plus.
Proven experience managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organization, and integration capabilities, demonstrating self‑management within defined responsibilities.
Proficient in problem‑solving with a focus on developing solutions within established guidelines.
