Experteer Overview In this Service Manager role, you will oversee end-to-end service delivery for assigned customer portfolios, ensuring Colt meets service expectations and delivers measurable performance. You’ll manage relationships, write and refine service plans, and drive improvements based on regular reviews. You’ll work with cross-functional virtual teams to ensure flawless delivery and proactive customer satisfaction. This position anchors the customer relationship within Colt’s Service Management Office, contributing to service quality and operational excellence.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Represent assigned customer accounts and own the service experience
- Develop and maintain service management documents, plans and improvement plans
- Assess client relationships and align Colt services with business needs
- Manage dedicated customer relationships and internal virtual teams
- Contribute to customer satisfaction targets through reporting and governance
- Provide customer training on Colt tools and processes
- Deliver agreed reports and attend regular customer meetings
- Support escalations with SSC teams and coordinate change management
- Assist in business improvement initiatives and collect management data
- Facilitate onboarding for new service-managed customers (first 3–6 months)Responsabilidades
- Some administrative/technical experience
- Ability to work with established procedures under supervision
- Own workload responsibility with limited impact on others
- Awareness of cost implications of own work
- Strong communication in English and German; another language is a plus
- Proven customer-facing skills and experience handling complaints/escalations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management/marketing
- Knowledge of standard Colt processes and cross-functional relationships
