3/4+ years of experience inServiceNow developmentor similar engineering roles
Strong proficiency inServiceNow platform development , including scripting ( JavaScript, GlideScript ), web technologies ( HTML or XML ) andServiceNow APIs
Experience withServiceNow modules :ITSMandWSD
Hands-on experience withCitizen developmenton ServiceNow
Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such asFlow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets
Good understanding ofServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices
Experience withService Portaldesign and development
Experience developingcustom applicationsandintegrations with third-party applications
Experience facilitatingclient-facing workshopsand progressing initiatives through their lifecycle
Familiarity withAgile methodologiesandDevOps practices
Ability to work within, and occasionally lead, amulti-disciplinary teamdelivering high-quality output in short timeframes
Knowledge ofrelational databases
Knowledge ofITILprocesses (incident management, change management, etc.)
Analytical mindsetand strongcustomer orientation
Ability to quickly understand new technologies through instruction andself-training

Support theend-to-end developmentwithin the Citizen scope of theWSD moduleon the ServiceNow platform
Configure and maintain theServiceNow platform , focusing on theWSD moduleand relatedAPIs
Develop, maintain, and customizeServiceNow applications , including workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions
Manageincidents and requeststhrough the platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support
Analyzesystem performance issues , identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Conductcode reviewsto ensure alignment with industry best practices and quality standards
Implementsecurity policiesusing ACLs (Access Control Lists), roles, and groups
Documentprocesses, configurations, and technical solutions
Driveinnovative mission solutionsanddigital transformationinitiatives with internal stakeholders and customers
Develop and enhanceapplication prototypesandProof of Concepts (PoCs)on the ServiceNow platform
Document and presenttechnical solutionsaligned with business needs and challenges
