Main responsabilities: Setting up & training new hires Setting up Accounts, territories, pricing lists (DXCon Pricing Admin), and managing users in the tool (setting up sales guys for the right accounts and providing access) Refresh trainings throughout the year on new/updated functionalities and how these functionalities support the DX use cases. Stay up to date on tools update by attending CRM community calls (mainly "Coffee hours") Go-to person for existing and new Shareville "tools" (DXQB, Best Fit etc.)/functionalities in the country Coordinates, on a yearly basis, country updates on: Customer Operating Budget, Customer Contacts,
