We are looking for a skilled SMT Process Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of SMT equipment, improving production efficiency, and supporting continuous process improvement within the SMT line.
Key Responsabilities:
Proficient in SMT equipment and troubleshooting to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
Develop maintenance and servicing plans for SMT equipment, implement and supervise their implementation;
Familiar with the SMT process, equipment performance and control points, and be familiar with IPC 3-level standards;
Responsible for improving equipment utilization and enhancing production efficiency;
Responsible for training, assessment and supervision of SMT technicians and operators;
Answer professional questions related to equipment for customers.
