We are looking for a hybrid creative—part Social Media strategist, part Digital Content creator, and part AI-design enthusiast—to bridge the gap between our physical excellence and our digital presence. Content Strategy & Social Selling Digital Ecosystem Leadership: Design and manage the editorial calendar for Linked In and Instagram, aligned with sales milestones and new project wins (working closely with the Sales Director). High-Value Content: Transform €90k+ projects into compelling digital assets (Reels, carousels, case studies) that accelerate the sales cycle. Newsletter & Community: Lead the design and distribution of our monthly newsletter (Accumbamail, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo), focusing on database segmentation for maximum B2 B impact. 2. Art Direction & Production Visual Assets Management: Act as the ultimate quality filter. Brief and coordinate photographers/videographers at top international events, ensuring the final material meets the "Pro Expo Standard." Digital Showroom: Support the implementation of our new website and keep it updated (projects, testimonials, blog) as a living, breathing sales tool. 3. Sales, Design Support & Branding Premium Marketing Collateral: Design and update high-end brochures for VIP visits and corporate presentations (Keynote/PPT/Canva). Creative Support for Design: Use Gen-AI tools to retouch renders or create initial moodboards/concepts for mid-sized projects. You will provide that "creative touch" to presentations led by Project Managers to ensure they stand out. Strategic Copywriting: Write engaging blog posts and "Sales Letters" that sell value, design, and innovation rather than just services. 4. Special Projects (Pure Creativity) Awards Management: Identify and manage submissions for international design and ephemeral architecture awards to position Pro Expo as a leader in excellence. Brand Experience: Conceptualize and implement the "Top Client" gifting strategy (Creative, memorable, and high-impact ideas). The Ideal Profile Experience: 2–4 years in a fast-paced Creative or Marketing Agency. Hard Skills: * Expert mobile video editing ( Cap Cut ). Design proficiency ( Photoshop, Canva ). Generative AI Mastery: Proven experience with Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E to enhance visuals and presentations. Excellent Copywriting skills (English & Spanish). Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, "Agency-standard" attention to detail (zero editing errors), and the ability to add aesthetic value to technical projects. Why Pro Expo?
