DevOps / Platform EngineerSe anima a todos los posibles solicitantes a que se desplacen y lean la descripción completa del puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.Barcelona (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite)We are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to join a Cloud Business Unit currently evolving its DevOps platforms to support the organization's transition to public cloud as the primary application hosting environment.In this role, you will contribute to the development and reliability of the GitHub Enterprise Server platform and the SDLC backbone, helping to improve automation, CI/CD capabilities, governance, and developer experience across the organization.You will work in an Agile environment following SRE practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure development platforms.What you will doDesign and maintain infrastructure automation and platform capabilitiesDevelop automation, integrations, and enterprise features for the GitHub Enterprise Server platformSupport and evolve the organization's SDLC backboneImplement automation processes aligned with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principlesImprove CI/CD pipelines, ensuring code quality and security before deploymentContribute to platform reliability, governance, and complianceCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance developer tooling and practicesMentor and support engineers as the platform ecosystem growsWhat we are looking for5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or software engineering within enterprise environmentsStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure provisioning and automationExperience designing and operating CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in cloud environmentsExperience applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including incident management xcskxlj and reliabilityExperience working with enterprise development platforms and SDLC toolingScripting skills for automationExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)Ability to mentor and support other engineersNice to haveExperience with GitHub Enterprise ServerExperience in hybrid cloud environmentsKnowledge of monitoring and alerting systemsExperience working with enterprise governance or compliance requirementsExperience with documentation and collaboration tools for knowledge and backlog management
