We are seeking a competent Software Engineer II to join our team at Xbox Gaming AI to be a key part of the team that is building the next generation of AI-powered services and frameworks. As a key contributor, should be able to lead through example and influence. You will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in software development, focusing on machine learning (ML) systems and developing scalable services and products that leverage the latest AI. Responsibilities Building AI based products for Xbox and Gaming. Working across data science, and product management teams to ensure successful customer-centric solutions. Build client and cloud solutions for AI in Gaming and Xbox. Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code across a range of technologies, including but not limited to C#, React, Python, C++, and Azure. Ability to provide solutions even in the absence of complete information, guiding the team through unexplored territories and influencing key decisions with a forward-thinking approach. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, React, C++, or Python. Experience building products in cloud-native software development with proficiency Dev Ops practices and related tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience building React App based product Experience building .NET services Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
