As a Software Engineer, you will continuously develop software for complex products within an international environment. You’ll prototype, implement, test, review peers, and guide architects to deliver robust solutions. You will contribute to maturing the team and participate in operations as needed. Your first assignment focuses on features, operation, maintenance and optimization of a new internal system for global service delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical design with business goals and drive scalable, reusable solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Develop and improve software for complex products with a focus on reusability, sustainability and efficiency• Collaborate with product owners to analyze and implement requirements• Design, document and implement software solutions (Java, Python)• Define standards for system tests and test automation• Install and configure software for complex products and services• Perform performance analyses and tuning• Support team members from fault analysis to fault clearance• Raise maturity through peer reviews and mentoring of others• Introduce and support deployment automation across environments• Collaborate with other international teamsResponsabilidades• University degree preferably in computer sciences or related field or several years of software engineering experience• Strong xcskxlj knowledge of modern IT stacks (CI/CD, cloud native, on- and off-premises infrastructure)• Proven hands-on software development in Java and another high-level language (backend focus)• Proficient English (B2)• Strong analytical skills to identify and implement solutions• Ability to develop and communicate designs aligning business objectives with emerging technologies• Intercultural competence and effective communication skillsRequisitos principales•
