Job Title: Solution Analyst EKIP (Linedata)Level: Medior (3-5 years of experience)Location: SpainLanguages: French (mandatory), English (professional level), Spanish (preferred)About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Solution Analyst with proven expertise in EKIP to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of the projects for our financial services clients.As a medior-level professional, you will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives while leveraging the full capabilities of the Linedata EKIP platform.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsGather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional specifications for the EKIP platformConduct gap analysis between client requirements and EKIP standard functionalityDocument functional designs and solution architectureSolution Design & ImplementationDesign and configure EKIP solutions to meet client requirementsParticipate in the implementation and deployment of EKIP modulesConduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide expertise on EKIP best practices and standard configurationsClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a liaison between clients and technical teamsConduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements and present solutionsProvide functional support and troubleshooting for EKIP-related issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teamsDocumentation & Knowledge SharingCreate and maintain comprehensive functional documentationDevelop user guides and training materialsContribute to the team's knowledge base and best practicesMentor junior team members on EKIP functionalityRequired QualificationsExperience3-5 years of experience as a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional ConsultantHands‑on experience with the Linedata EKIP platform (implementation, configuration, or support)Experience in the financial services industry (asset management, fund administration, or investment management)Proven track record of successful project deliveryTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of Linedata EKIP modules and functionalitiesUnderstanding of financial instruments, operations, and workflowsProficiency in requirements gathering and functional design methodologiesExperience with testing methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with SQL and data analysisLanguagesFrench: Fluent (mandatory)English: Professional working proficiencySpanish: Professional level (preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience with other Linedata solutions (LongView, Mlink, Integral Hedging)Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) or related fieldsKnowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologiesExperience working in a multicultural and distributed team environmentUnderstanding of regulatory requirements in financial services (MiFIDII, UCITS, AIFMD)Experience with data migration and system integration projectsTechnical CompetenciesEKIP Platform Expertise:Portfolio management and accountingTrade processing and settlementCompliance and reportingData management and reconciliationWorkflow configuration and automationTools & Technologies:Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)Database querying (SQL)Documentation toolsTesting tools and frameworksSoft Skills & Personal Attributes:Analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and EnglishProactive problem solvingStrong customer focus and relationship buildingTeam collaboration and cross‑functional teamworkAdaptability to fast‑paced environmentsAttention to detail and quality of deliverablesEffective time management and prioritization
