We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join Cleafy’s Customer Operations team, helping leading financial institutions protect themselves from advanced cyber threats and fraud patterns. In this role, you will design, validate, and guide the adoption of Cleafy’s solutions within complex enterprise environments, ensuring customers get the maximum value from the platform across their fraud management lifecycle. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers and as a bridge between Customer Operations and Sales Engineering teams, ensuring both technical soundness and strategic alignment. While your main focus will remain on solution design, you will also play an active role in pre-sales engagements, supporting feasibility assessments and architectural discussions for strategic opportunities.
