We are waiting for you!What will you do?Main ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end solution architectures involving complex data landscapes, legacy systems, and regulatory constraints.Define and ensure alignment of solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.Operate within formal architecture governance and assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.Provide technical leadership across all phases of IT delivery: requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU.Collaborate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver scalable and compliant solutions.Participate in architecture boards and governance forums, contributing to strategic decision-making.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.What are we looking for?RequirementsProven experience as a Solution Architect (+4 years of experience).Experience designing solutions involving complex data, legacy platforms, and regulatory constraints.Strong understanding of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.Experience operating within formal architecture governance and assurance frameworks.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.Advanced English.What we valueStrong knowledge of Financial Crime domains (AML, Sanctions, Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB).Experience with large-scale bank migrations (e.g., TSB).Familiarity with platforms such as Actimize, Appian, and enterprise data platforms.Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF).Proactivity, critical thinking, and results orientation.Ability to stay updated with the latest technological trends and regulatory expectations.Leadership skills to drive technical initiatives and add value from design to implementation.We are looking for talent across the country.
