The Solution Architect for Hyperautomation and Process Insights domain will ensure that common architecture decisionssupport both business and the IS strategy, and that architectures delivered, both logical and physical, are compliant withrelevant architecture standards, blueprints and roadmaps. A Solution Architect will understand implications ofarchitecture requirements to ‘As-Is’ architectures and define/update ‘To-Be’ architectures applying architecture guidingprinciples. As a Solution Architect, the Role is focused on Current Project Portfolios typically over the 0-18 month horizon inthe Hyperautomation and Process Insights domain.Typical AccountabilitiesThe role will be accountable to provide solution design support in the below focused domains of architecture and populartechnologies.Ø Data (with focus on data pipelines)o Databricks, Snowflakeo Python (incl. popular data transformation packages)Ø Task & Process Miningo CelonisØ Front-end and BI Analytics:o Power BIo ReactØ Workflow & Automation:o Microsoft Power SuiteØ AI/ML:o Python (incl. popular ML packages)o Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI Buildero Agentic AI: AWS Bedrock & AgentcoreAccountable for the direction, performance and ongoing health of the current solution architectures within one or moregiven portfolios.· Accountable for the architecture and design of comprehensive set of solutions that meet business requirements and arealigned to 's Enterprise Architecture, providing subject matter expertise to ensure business opportunities areidentified and realised in line with a standard and cost effective architecture.· The role will guide and support other architects (including third party suppliers) in the development and documentationof IS/IT architectures for complex and business critical projects.· The role will be accountable for driving solution evaluation and selection decisions, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case.· Lead the effort to ensure that common architecture decisions support the business and IS strategy, and that thearchitectures delivered are cost effective and compliant with relevant architecture standards, blueprints androadmaps.· Participate in Architecture Assessments & Reviews either as Lead Reviewing Architect or as a Subject Matter Expert inthe review team.· Contribute to and lead the development of Solution Blueprints ensuring adherence to 's technology standards andprinciples.· Be accountable for the architecture and design of comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and arealigned to 's Enterprise Architecture,Education, Qualifications, and Experience· Relevant technical degree or equivalent· Experience demonstrating proficiency in at least onetechnical domain.· Experience implementing and maintaining businesssolution architectures under any formal framework fortheir domain of architecture.· Proven consultancy experience designing end to endsolutions that operate across all domains of IT.· Experience developing and leading innovative solutions· Proven experience of leading change and challengingapproaches/ideas.· Proven ability to influence across business and IT.· Experience developing and managing relationships withthird party suppliers· Experience with policies, procedures and guidelines withina quality, compliant, and secure environment· Experience with large scale solution Justification phasework – product evaluation, business case formulation Skills and Capabilities· Strong networking skills with good internal/external links· Well developed communication and facilitation skills· Ability to interpret and communicate technicalinformation into business language at all levels ofleadership.· Awareness of developments in the marketplace fordomain focus and potential impact to IS· Proven business acumen· Understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcareindustry and of competitor activity, on a particulararchitecture and Information Management· Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams andproven ability to influence others to achieve positiveoutcomes· Masters and/or Professional Certification
