What will you do? Take technical leadership of ongoing and future End-to-End space missions , working closely with the Project Office (PMO). Provide technical direction and leadership to the engineering team. Develop and manage the technical baseline for the spacecraft. Lead the preparation and execution of major design reviews. Ensure that the spacecraft meets its requirements. Develop engineering documents such as specifications, interface control documents, and test plans. Assess and approve technical completion and compliance. Provide innovative design processes and advise teams on solutions. Oversee production and delivery of the spacecraft. What are we looking for? Aerospace Engineering degree (preferred). More than 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Experienced Space Missions Chief Engineer, capable of assuming responsibilities as technical leader. Detailed knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems. Knowledge of mechanical, thermal, radiation, or propulsion systems. Familiarity with space-related analysis and design tools (CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD…). Hands-on approach to cross-functional technical issues. Knowledge of New Space approaches and techniques. English level: B2 minimum. Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
