We are looking for a Spanish Customer Support Specialist to join our Support Team in Ceuta, Spain. About The RoleAs part of Paf's Customer Support Team, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will handle inquiries, solve problems, and represent our commitment to responsible, high-quality, and multilingual customer service. Main ResponsibilitiesManage incoming customer inquiries via chat and other channels, ensuring quick and high-quality responses. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up within agreed time frames (SLAs). Contribute to improving the team's efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness. Follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures. Build positive relationships with customers through clear and professional communication. Act responsibly in relation to gambling concerns, following our Responsible Gambling procedures. RequirementsEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in customer support, sales, gaming, or online business is an advantage. Most important: the right service attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
