We’re hiring a Market Researcher – Banking Sector (100% remote) At General Software, we are looking for a Market Researcher to join an exciting, long-term project with a leading company in the banking sector. You will design, conduct, and analyze user research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods, providing actionable insights to enhance the digital user experience. Proven experience in Research, quantitative (surveys, data analysis, behavioral metrics) methodologies. Strong command of Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Spanish is considered a plus.
