Responsibilities and Qualifications Partner with senior leadership to define and execute site-level strategy Drive continuous improvement across key site metrics (quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and cost) Oversee workforce forecasting and planning to meet current and future client demand Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality and service objectives Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) with extensive relevant experience Have strong progressive management experience, ideally within a large call centre environment Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing Understand financial planning, forecasting, and budget management Are experienced in driving large-scale projects and business initiatives Full-time permanent contract with a rotative schedule, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 On-site role with a great office location in Olivenza Career development programs and leadership training At Concentrix, we invest in our game-changers because when our people thrive, our clients and their customers thrive.
