Experteer Overview As a Senior Account Manager in Glovo Spain’s XL team, you own a small, high-value portfolio of key national accounts, driving the commercial agenda and day-to-day execution. You will manage senior relationships, lead end-to-end business reviews, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure commitments are delivered. The role blends strategic growth with rigorous execution, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize performance. You’ll work with top restaurant brands to shape promotional and investment strategies that scale partnerships. This position offers exposure to senior commercial decisions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own the portfolio relationship and act as primary contact for partners
- Lead end-to-end business reviews (MBR/QBR) with data-backed narratives and action plans
- Monitor account performance and propose course corrections based on metrics
- Execute the commercial agenda including promotions, ad commitments, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure partner commitments are delivered (billing, operations, campaign execution)
- Build structured commercial proposals (account plans, opportunity analyses, investment cases)Responsabilidades

- Comfort with data: ability to extract insights from dashboards and spreadsheets
