Direct experience with React and TypeScript (preferred), or Python combined with another programming language. Proven ability to adapt across different full-stack environments. Demonstrated high performance in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and self-organizing teams. Clear and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams. Full English proficiency. Nice-to-have Skills AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
